How we handle your information

This covers dreythomas.com and the tools we run, including OpenBot at bots.dreytools.com. Last updated October 13, 2026.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we keep what you typed: usually your first name and email, and your phone number if you choose to give it. When you buy something, the payment is handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use it to send you what you asked for, like a guide, a booking or a reply, and to email you about our coaching and tools. You can unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom of it. We do not sell your information.

Optional coaching ad measurement

On our 1:1 application page, ad measurement starts only if you check “Allow ad measurement.” OpenAI receives a completed-application event after we save your application, a random event reference, browser and ad-click identifiers, and technical connection information. Its automatic advanced matching can detect supported contact details, such as your email address, and hash them in your browser before sending them. Raw contact details and your project answers are not included in the conversion event. No purchase value is reported for an application.

The Pixel can store a browser-reference cookie for up to 365 days and an ad-click cookie for up to 30 days. Uncheck the control on the application page to stop future events and remove those cookies. It starts unchecked on each new page visit. Declining has no effect on your application. Events opt out of future user-level personalization. Read OpenAI’s privacy policy for its handling of information.

Google Drive in OpenBot

OpenBot is a private workspace of AI assistants. If you connect your Google Drive to it, OpenBot asks Google for read-only access. That means it can search and read your files, and it cannot change, share or delete them.

An assistant reads a file only when you ask it something that needs that file. The text it reads is sent to the AI model that writes the answer, only to answer that request. We do not use your Google data for ads, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train or improve AI models. People who run OpenBot do not read your files unless you ask them to help with something specific.

OpenBot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google Drive at any time in OpenBot under Connected accounts. That revokes the access token OpenBot held for you, so no assistant can read your Drive again. To also remove the permission on Google's side, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Who helps us run things

Other companies run parts of this for us: our web host, our email sender, our payment provider and the AI model companies. They handle your information only so the service works.
